HI.
i got a quote from a dealer for Zodiac-120 , which is good rate eqiv. to that of Silicon city. A few queries?

1. Y is the rate still same to silicon, any issues or just the location wise price for 120 sector?
2. considering the possession told Nov-12, I think good investment for living.
3. I am also enticed by Prateek sec 77 wisteria.


Which one to book, looking for 3bhk??

I got 2 options to buy:
Amrapali zodiac sec 120
Amrapali silicon sec 76
rate are same approx

which one to consider, I'll be end user

Do not buy in new sectors. Buy in near complete projects in already developed sectors (paying a bit more but this brings peace of mind) like:

1. Mahagun Maple, Sector 50
2. Amrapali Eden Park, Sector 50
3. SuperTech, Sector 34
4. Antariksh, Sector 52
5. Amrapali Platinum Sector 119
6. Gaur Grandeur Sector 119
7. Prateek, Sector 61.
8. LB , Sector 100

The above projects would be ready to move-in in the next 6-12 months.

Flats in sector 7x, 120 and expressway are currently risky and should be avoided till the dust settles in Noida Ext.

what is current status of both projects..why u want to stick only Amrapali..

Well current status:
Amrapali zodiac 120: 4-7 tower ready, very much in progress
Amrapali zodiac 77: excavation started and few tower upto 2-3 floors.

Well, price is a bit concern for me, had also looked into prateek wisteria, but rate now is around 3500 psf and it is same for rest few of other 7x projects like Mahagun n Assotechs

I have booked a 3BHK (1775 sq-ft) flat in Zodiac,i heard from them that they are going to make sample flat of 1325 sq-ft size and it will be completed by 25th July 2011.is it right time to make sample flat when its almost sold?

Also what is is current construction status and will they be able to deliver in Dec 2012 as promised??

I am a new entrant , I am looking to but 3BHK in Zodiac , had a word with Amrapali Builder , he told it would be around 3300psf BSP..

As per him the posession will be in a years time,

Any inputs on project status please and especially the builder , is it worth going ??

I had a doubt - the projects around like - Prateek Laurels , RG residencies are charging - 4100 , 4000 BSP and Zodiac is 3300 BSP ..
Is Zodiac going to complete on time ?? I mean the BSP diff is quite large.
