Hi!

Amrapali guys are telling that Zodiac will be bankable by end of this month and they have already sent sms for signing allotment letters and buyers agreement.
I came to know from Pan Oasis thread that it has become bankable recently and it was launched 2-3 month before Zodiac.
Is it possible that zodiac will become bankable so quickly?
Does anybody know status of bookings in zodiac,how much is booked?

Hi all
I have booked a flat in Zodiac. I would request if any member can clarify following issues :-
a) Is Amarpali giving the same quality as promised in the specifications/shown in the sample flat?
b) Does anyone have layout plan of sector 120 with all the future planning?

Hi Property Investor,
Thansk for the Noida Auth. Master plan for Sect 120. Its really helpful, it gives claer idea how is it going to look like in future.

Amrapali Zodiac is approved by HDFC bank. Yesterday I have received a call from HDFC guys for taking lon from there.

Interest details are as follows :

8.75% up to 30 lacs, 9.00% up to 30.01 to 50 lacs., 9.25% above 50 lacs.

Required Documents are as follows :

Bank Statement last six month(Original)(Salary a/c & Other a/c if applicable)not downloaded make sure it should be original

Processing fee cheque 0.5% of loan amount + 10.3% service Tax(On fee).(From Salary account)

Investment proof & Detail of loan(If any existing loan).
