Hello Everyone,

I will really appreciate if someone can share details on Amrapali's new Project at Sector-120, Noida.
I am getting a rate of 2425 psf for 4th-5th Floor. This is a corporate rate. Is this a good rate for this location.

Some how, I was able to obtain layout of amrapali Sector-120.
Basic Sale Price (B.S.P) : Rs. 2950/-sq.ft
Inaugural Discount : Rs. 125/-sq.ft
Construction Link Plan : Rs. 2825/sq.ft.
Flexi : Rs. 2655/sq.ft
Cash Down Plan : Rs. 2485/sq.ft.*

Since you are getting a deal under corporate plan, anything below the above figures should be a good deal for you.

How do you get the corporate rate? Which companies qualify for it. Can NRIs qualify for this rate?

The corporate deal is for 500 flats...

There was an ad in HT and TOI about Amrapali Zodiac last Friday (11 Dec) where many property dealers are mentioned and all are offering these rates (and some part of their commission ;-)

Hii,

Amrapali at sec -120 is a good investment. However, Phase II of sec70 is also out and you can get it for 2750/psf.

Guys, be careful of Amarpali at such cheap price point. It raises quality assurance issues which have been aired in this forum many times.
