Friends,I have recieved an SMS regarding the launch of new project of Amrapalli --" Leisure park" at Noida Extn.
They are offering 2 BHK 15.4 lac and 3 BHK 20.6 lacs.
can any one tell me, where this new project( Leisure Park ) is located at Noida extn.
Is it near Amrapalli Luxurious villa's or near "Smart City".
If, any one has to invest --- Which of the two will be better option.
1. Amrapalli Smart City or 2 . Amrapalli Leisure park ???

I would advise you to not invest in Amrapali projects.

I invested in Amrapali Smart City and of course now I would withdraw from the same after so much deliberation...but quite honestly I cannot trust Amrapali at all...

For me it was just an investment..but for a lot of people it was their dream home...u look forward to it in your lifetime...and I cannot advise anyone to go with a builder that breaks this trust.

FYI-Its been one year since Smart City started.There has been nothing done there(not even excavation) plus whatever land that has been acquired has been used in a different project-Golf Homes.

They might be doing this due to higher ROI in Golf Homes.But if you look at all the land-it was acquired on Smart City's name....so basically there is no honesty or commitment on the part of the builder.I feel its like a Ponzi scheme where money from one project is used to fund land for another project and the projects never get completed!!!!

Plus again same point-I can compromise on quality but not on honesty.
