Default Amusing: ATS Sector 104 site is aeroplane/shoe shaped

See the attached image.

All the towers would be in a straight line.

The would be no central greens as the plot is of a very weird shape.

On one side, the flats would face the Maharishi Ashram and on the other side, they would face sector 105.

This is the most weird plot shape I have seen in recent times for a GHP.

The plot is definitely in a weird shape , but I have a few points that folks may consider:-
a) Pro: The plot goes from South East to North West. Very good for wind direction and all the apartments will be sunny - if in a straight line. (Maharishi Ashram, aka, Sector-104 is marked as Green Area in Noida Master plan while Sector-105 has independent plots only)
b) Pro: Very good Good location, with same advantages as LB.
c) Pro: ATS is the one of the most reputed builders in Noida. I have not heard any complaints about construction and maintenance quality (even though they have delayed construction in some of their projects)
d) Pro: Better flat density than LB, LP, and other affordable housing projects (Though I may not call this project as affordable)
e) Con: Central greens may not exist. However, the landscaping should be similar to their Sector 93 project (the layout of flats there is weird as well).
f) Con: High rate. Though the Rs.300 sqft discount makes the cost close to the current LB Espacia price, the final rate seems to be just cashing in on the ATS brand.

Default ATS one Helmet

Friends,

Can you give me suggestions.

1. Should i buy in Espacia or ATS one helmet

2. I am looking for 1900-2200 area.

3. looking for living purpose but consideration is one should sell it when needed.

Do you know whether ATS is giving something special? why they have such higher rates as compared to other newly launched projects in noida.

have someone talked to ATS guys, are they offering possesion in May 2012? or later.

From my point of view I guess following two projects are better than ATS considering value of money

1. Supertech's new Tower- Vista in Sec 93 B
2. SDL Group's upcoming project in Sec-45, adjacent to Amarpali Sapphire

I heard that ATS is sharing it's wall with Asharam and there is a court case going on for the land. Who knows -Asharam might win the case. ATS price is too Harsh. ATS should realize that now market has some better builders like
3C, Logix etc. If some one is telling the current number is 220, may be it's just #20, because what I heard is the best locations are always hidden for later releases. If they say you are #20 then people might argue for the location preference. My sense is to wait for Sector-45 project.I would presefer Lotus Bouleward on top of ATS. Even panache is a stone throw away from ATS site and on economical price. Bottom line is I am also looking for a better option so great if anyone can advice.

Thumbs up ATS Infrastructure

Gentlemen / Ladies,

I see that lot of you have been bashing up ATS here. I , Vikas, own a flat in ATS Greens Village and am pretty happy with the project.

Remember, it is not just about buying the property; it is also about Maintenance thereafter. ATS supported by its Maintenance Company, led by an experienced gentleman call Shishirkant & his team delivers a seamless service level to ATS residents. A project is not just building, it is making that habitable which ATS has done well.

I do not know about others, but I have bought a flat in ATS 104 as I trust Geetambar Anand and ATS doe’s value friendship & loyalty.

ATS is not on a different planet and has been hit by recession and political law cases and there projects have got delayed. I have suffered and am suffering due to delay in the Derabassi (Chadigarh land) project but having said that, which builder has not his project impacted doe to the down turn? Let us be honest and give every one a fair playing field.

Those who know Geetambar and ATS can vouch for the fact that here is an honest company which has delivered vale and appreciation of property more than the market rates.

They charge a bit more initially but remember your investment grows much more than the similar projects in the market. But hey, when you buy a premium brand you are happy to pay the premium, why compalin now?

As for me I trust Geetambar and have invested my life’s earnings and savings in his projects. Do I need to say any more?
