Default Antariksh Nature

Hi all,
Does anyone have an idea about the Antariksh group which is building the Antariksh Nature project in Sec 52 NOIDA?

We saw the sample flat and were quite impressed with it. They are offering at a rate of Rs. 4800 per sq. ft which is on the higher side. A 2 BHK apt would cost around 50-55 lakhs (area is 1250 sq ft).

It looks attractive because it is situated at a good location close to the upcoming metro . They claim to hand over possession by Nov 2010 but we aren't sure about the builder's credibility, their quality of construction etc.
Please do share your comments . It will be of great help.

Thanks

Hi Pearl

The builder does have a track record - they have completed Antriksh Greens in Indirapuram and have an under construction property near haldirams in gurgaon.

That said, 4800 is exorbitant. 1250 sq foot would be 60 lacs and not 50!!

Take a look at supertech Amber heights if nearness to metro is a criteria. I visited yesterday with a colleague and the project has sold quite well (about 100+ units out of 300 were gone since Friday launch).

Else, Prateek is good. OR you can always wait for more launches in this area!

cheers!

Hi Vaibhav,

Thanks for ur reply.. Actually they were willing to negotiate to bring it down to this range hence I said 50-55 L. Still it is on the higher side, but we were attracted because of the location ..
No, proximity to the metro is not really a criteria , we just want to buy our own house in NOIDA which has appreciation prospects as well .

We had checked Prateek Fedora around 2 months back but decided to wait.. We will again check out Fedora this weekend (as I know friends who have invested in this project) as well as Unihomes (by Unitech) this weekend.

Thanks
