yeah, i think so.....most imp thing is antriksh is known for delays..not bad construction like mahagun...so if they deliver in time according to indian standards...it will a steal deal to own a place there

What is the date they have committed in BBA? I don't think it will be delivered in 2013. May be early 2014

Possession date is Dec 2012 + 6 months time.
If they complete interiors fast then only they can deliver in 2013.

Hi Guys,
I am getting resale unit in Antriksh Golf View 2 at 4200 (all inclusive). I have seen this site earlier this year and right now I am based out of Pune. The unit I am getting is in Block F 10+floor. But its not park facing and is facing the Assotech windsor court. Can any guide if its a wise to go ahead with this unit?
How much distance is there between the AGV2 block F and the assotech project? Will it block the view and air completely?

4200 all inclusive is too high...corrrect price s/b 3900-4000only.resale happening at 3800-4000 depending upon location.pl hard negotiate you can get it

This is the initial price and I still have to negotiate. But I am confused about the unit location. Its not a park facing unit. So confused about it.
