Any updates on the 3c LB sector 107 project launch ? Speculations are welcome as well

I guess since they have still been unable to sell of Panache and the market situation is still not in favour of the Builders. I feel they will first try and get rid of the inventory they Hold (heard they have not even managed to sell 50% of the Penache inventroy)
