This thread is for the people who have an apartment in NCR either RTM or UC but stay outside NCR/India. Friends, how you manage your apartment, have given on rent?
Have you got the rent agreement registered? Who pays the maintenance cost? What is the realistic rental for your apartment you are getting? Please mention the location & area (2BHK/3BHK). Do you make frequent visits (once every year) to your apartment? How safe is to keep on rent when the owner is far away and can not make regular checks? Do you take rent through cheque, direct deposit or cash? |

Why dont you make a broker in your colony responsible and a virtual caretaker...he can manage such small small things as he normally earns brokerage.. A know couple of my friends who initially moved out of homes for higher studies and then took up jobs there..Most of them have rented out their apartments..many dont visit home cities even for 2-3 years..

I am not going to live in NCR, possibly for next 5 years or forever. Hence I am thinking to put my apartment on rent once possession is offered, trying to know the problem people face as they can't check it on a frequent basis.
PS: Haan bhai, resign karr diya hai aur main NCR se dur ja raha hoon. |

refer to blue font reply.
Finally what I want to say is that its your choice to remain in tension & keep thing... Kirayedaar Paisa dega ki nahi ? Ghar Khali karega ki nahi ? Kabja kar liya to kya hoga ? But its not going to help. Now a days no tenant wants that his landlord should ever visit him till the time he is punctual in paying the rent. So.... I think best way is to lease out your apartment or villa or whatever to a good MNC fellow...make 11 month rent agrement and ask his employer to arrange monthly online rental payment directly to your bank account by standing instruction /wire transfer. Its 100% safe..Phir Bindaas aur befikar ho kar jiyo. After 11 months just ask him to renew the agrement and increase rent by 10% s this is a norm..If you want to be greedy and earn more..give him simple paper notice to vacate and start looking for a new tenant. Thats It Sir!!!!!!!!! Quote:
