Thanks mobilizedport , it was very helpful.

Really disappointed to hear that ATS is not alloting floor 3-6. If Eldeco news comes by next week, I guess lot of ATS bookings will be canceled. Thanks for the info BTW.

Default Which Tower would for 2000sq ft.?

Hi Guys,

Thanks for sharing info on this forum?

What you suggest good tower to be for 2000 sq. ft. flats from the orientation perspective? I (like all of us) prefer sun in winters.

Thanks

Default 2000 Sq Ft booked , suggest tower

Dear Sidh & Friends,

I have booked a 2000 sq ft flat in ATS Hamlet and have requested for Tower 11 as it has a big garden in front of it.

I wonder how much does the location of towers really matter as in the bigger picture mother earth gets enough sun light and in the bigger picture the whole plot will or will not get sunlight. I am really bad at directions of sun light :-(

I seek help. From a 2000 sq ft perspective do you ok tower 11 please or shall I request another location?

Regards
Vikas

The ATS plot goes from South East (Tower 1) to North West (Tower 15). All 2000 and 2900 sqft flats face south west, which means that they will get ample sunlight (mid morning till evening).

Congrats on your booking. I have booked a 2000sqft myself as well.

In ATS as project layout is not good so it is not advisable to invest in this project. With builder reputation, it is also important that what is the location , project layout, rates and in this case of ATS 104, all these 3 things are not favourable.

I have been to the ATS site & it seems to be at a good location...it is going to be a small, but well constructed project, with a unique layout & I do not see anything wrong with it.

Having invested in a few properties in NCR over the last 5-6 years, I firmly believe (after seeing it happen multiple times) that a good & reputed builder is a must...other things are secondary. Not sure if Eldico is as reputed as ATS.

Another important consideration is that almost all builders charge a PLC for almost everything, while ATS does not...no corner/ green facing PLC...I couldn't believe it when I saw the pricing. Most builders would charge anything between 250-400 for the two.

ATS' pricing strategy is different & they do deliver value...that's the reason they have so many repeat buyers.

CHeers!!
