Hi Guys,

Couple of weeks back, I received a letter from ATS office stating that Ist installment (full payment in case of DP) is to be paid within a month.

Has anyone received similar letter as well?

I haven't received BUYER-SELLER AGREEMENT yet. I hope similar case with other buyers as well.

So, are you guys planning to pay the installment amount/full payment?

Yes, I (and my other friends) have also received similar demand notice. I have bought on CLP so I have been asked to pay 30% - 5L (booking amount).

I think they will get agreement signed once 30% payment is made.

Can anyone tell me the number of flats ATS is planning in this 16acres land. Also does the ATS land area starts where 3c ends .

As per revised plan, the number of towers has been reduced to 12. They have added a commercial area and location of play ground has been changed. I presume that number of flats should go down as well. Apparently, 70% of all apartment has been sold out and NO apartment below 14 floors is available now.

How come they remove 2 towers, i don't remember they didn't book flat in any specific tower, Which number tower have been removed if it is now 12 towers instead of 14. What will happen to those buyers who booked apartments in those towers which as per you no longer exist in new plan. From where you got new plan. Can you advise, i went to ATS office they said brochure will be out in a week. I didn't get any clear picture.
