Default ATS Updates

I spoke with one of the ATS guys, and he told me that there is nothing "ultra-luxurious" in the project and I shouldnt expect any "extras". The only reason for the steep price is because of their reputation (referring to ATS Village in Sec 93).He told me that the the details would be out by this weekend but the 300 rupee introductory discount on the CLP price wont last till then.

Default premium for quality construction

I have visited the ATS Pradiso, Greater Noida and ATS Green Noida and found that the quality of finishing is realy good. I can not comment on the quality of construction, as it is not visible what quality of cement or steel has been used? Howver, I assume that all the builders who are making flats having 15-20 floors, must be using good quality materials, other wise the tall structure can not remain stable for long period of time. As far as the materials related to external finish is concerned, it varies from builder to builder. However, my guess is that the price difference should not be more than Rs. 200 per Sq Ft between an excellent finshing and an average finishing.

JP Greens is the one builder, who gives excellent finish but there prices are also in line with the other builders. If any one want to so the qulaity of their project, they can visit their Greater Noida project, which I found is the best in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad area.

Hence, in my opinion if ATS is charging any thing more than Rs. 3200/- per sq ft for their One Hamlet project, it is unreasonable.

Default Cashing on brand name

One high-end broker told me prices will be around 3500 psf for this ATS project. Even after initial discounts, one can not get below 3200 psf. Even layman can understand that ATS somehow managed to acquire bizarre shapre land near to ATS village just to make cash on its brand name.

IMO, only those who plan to occupy themselves can go for ATS otherwise LC is better for investment. LC's location is better as it is closer to main road and developed sector.

Hi,
Everyone is mentioning high price for ATS one Hamlet... but what price are we talking about.
Someone mentioned 3 C's Panache.. it also looks good. so any price comparision has to be with the current launched projects and not alone on the reputation of ATS.

I guess ATS have to launch it at 3500 psf not more than this, so if they remove inaugral discount then the price will be 3800 psf, I don't see much sense to buy it at 3800 psf when we have great builder like 3C on a stone throw distance at 2800 psf.

Definitely too costly for the current scenario. Let's not mix ATS reputation with the basics, two are different things. Why will guys like 3c's or Logix will not try to build their reputation. also why should it be assumed that other projects will be inferior than ATS.
All these things are considering high premium ATS is charging...

Also, does anybody have an idea about when ATS is coming out with the layout and floor plan and when will they start allocating the flats?
