I agree with you, ATS village is priced at 10,000 Rs today and i have seen noone complaining about the society and one hamlet might attain 8000 Rs on posession as they are maintaining the quality. Moreover for people who are making huge profits in 18-20 months on this project, i can understand they will become future investors in ATS projects also. Surprisingly not many brokers deal in ATS as they do direct sellings mostly and even in resale very few brokers are directly involved who are having good links with ATS investors.
Though slightly expensive but it makes sense to invest in good projects like one hamlet. |

So for last two months ATS has sticked to its promise of creating 2 floors every month.
To answer someone who asked about revised delivery dates : ATS is sticking to delivery date of May'13. They did not change it even in the months when there was harldy any work going on. At least for last 2-3 months some very good progress has happpend but I still do not believe that they will be able to deliver in May'13. At the current rate of construction, 8-9 months required for total completion of structure (15-18 more floors). So, around Sep'12 structure may be ready in best case. Experts, Any idea on finishing after that ?? Is it possible in 6-9 months for 1000 flats ? Even assuming some finishing work will start much before in parrallel with structure work. Cheers, ps. Went to visit the site today.Was pleasnatly surprised to work going on at full steam with all the Towers showing good progress.Most of the towers are almos upto 11th floor.

went to ats site today. Excellent progress. for the first time one gets a clear idea of what the project will look like. I am willing to take bets in terms of cash with anyone on the the project will be better than village.

It seems to be doing well, when i was interested in exploring one hamlet options for 2900 size i was getting offers of 5200 Rs in oct and now same unit is being proposed at 6200 Rs on clp !!!
Its a jump of 29 Lakhs for the owner..its better than doing any other business...lol...do you think deals are happening at these prices ? |

It seems people are geting a fele that anyway all projects are going to complete. so when very average quality RTMs are being bought at 5k to 6k rate in DP, why not buy great quality at same price with 2 years wait!

Does Neera Radia have a flat in ATS Village? I saw the society in News Channels during the scam.
