I am 100% convinced by their quality but 11000 Rs in 18 months seems next to impossible ? Do you really feel it can go so high ? I would say probably 8500 in 18 months max but 11000 Rs seems difficult , even ATS village sells at 10,000 Rs today. Do you think it will cross village price ? Or village will also become still more expensive ?

Default one hamlet

Apartments in village selling at 10,000 today won't stay flat for next 18 months, :-)...they should be hitting 12-13K. Even if you factor high density of hamlet (26 floors) and less green area, we have to adjust for brand new factor and I am sure ATS people will add some sizzle to it...keeping above in mind, 10,000 should be reasonable by 2013 ready flat in hamlet.

If you put 3 more such posts i will start thinking wat should i sell to buy ats one hamlet....moreover i always wanted to own one...but i think i will stick to my vanalika flat and hope they deliver well..somewhere i still feel i might sell off something else and enter one hamlet in a few months if it is still affordable for me. Though sometimes i think ats is befooling people selling 30% more expensive , still i think they are far more reliable than most of the builders. I think their project in gn is too much overpriced and adding some more money one should buy one hamlet..their 2900 size flat seems very spacious. Though i am invested in vanalika i think 3400 feet of vanalika is not bigger than 2900 of ats hamlet or probably its my inclination towards one hamlet which makes me think so...

In any case if it reaches 10,000 as you say then my flat in vanalika will also double i hope.

Btw : does anyone know what will come in front of ats one hamlet towers 7-14, any group housing or builder flats or just kothis ?

10,000 /sqft is extremely optimistic and speculative. I think 8K\sqft is more realistic. We should not compare Hamlet with Village as village has the advantage of better location, more green area for landscaping, less FAR etc. Hamlet might turn out be a good project but apart from the ATS brand and trust I don't think it is much different from the other projects in teh vicinity and i don't think that ATS brand alone will take it to 10 K in 18 months. However given that I am invested in Hamlet, I wouldn't mind that to happen though..

10000 seems definitely possible in abt 2 yrs..Location to me seems much better than village as its abt 0.5 km before 93 in 104. I go there almost every second day. I know few village residents who have sold off their properties in village/ greens and have invested in Hamlet and waiting for the possession..I think thats a very smart move...

love the structure which is coming up..looks very symetrical with just abt right soacing between towers...2900 sq ft units are quite in demand!!

Ps - I am a big ATS fan but no investments till date..

Well ppl prefer to move to bigger apts. it is easy to sell smaller apt in village and go for bigger size in hamlet. That's an individual choice. That does not suggest hamlet would be a much better society? Only time will tell..
