Attaching the comparison between the proposed design and the actual design...they are a bit different .

I liked the original proposed design...
Not very sure how this one will look in the end...but its much better than any other project's balcony railing I have seen so far...LP/LB/Helios/Purvanchal..
Just my point of view...


What do other ATS guys feel ?

Hmm, the proposed one is quite different from what I have seen in other projects, and better than all of them, I must say!

But the actual one seems to have a plain vertical design, like LB, and lesser thickness of rod. May be wrong, as the picture is not very clear.

But the W shape looks really kool

dont really have any strong railing preference. anyway It seems too early to say how this design will look eventually

proposed one looks much better, however the actual is also ok, nothing to complaint abt,,i specially like the wall color scheme..looks royal!!!

Thanks for all the infos. I am getting 2nd Floor at 6500 Rs in clp or 9th Floor at 6000 Rs in clp. It seems slightly expensive, i am more keen on 9th floor , does the price seem ok ?

No point buying in CLP...construction will finish in 6 months max...by when you have to anyway pay 90%...
if you buy today..u will anyway take 2 months to actually pay off....
so why leave the DP discounted price for 4 months difference ????

I am not getting any unit below 10 on dp.

Btw : irrelevant question : i am in no hurry to shift, can wait 4 yrs, does jaypee orchards seem as good option as hamlet ?

Price seems a bit on the higher side. I am getting 12th floor unit at arnd 5850 (CLP) and 5th floor at 5800 (DP).....
