Vikas
I have bought a 1620 sqft flat in One hamlet.
Can anyone please suggest what would be a better payment option, DP or CLP?

Thanks

I think someone had posted a sheet which did a calculation based on DP vs CLP, which should give you a decent idea on which will be better suited based on your financial situation. That said, the builder always prefers the DP option, so I dont think you will get a better deal with CLP. But CLP offers good peace of mind and buffers you from builder delays.

Frankly, for the ATS project, DP is not a bad option due to their reputation as well as the small size of the project (They have also opened all the towers, so it wont have phased delivery). Also, their CLP plan requires almost 25% to be paid upfront. On a personal front, I have taken the DP option in the ATS project as it suits me better financially and as I (and my family) have a good opinion of the builder.

Thanks mobilizedPort for your reply.

Even I am thinking of going DP way. Any idea when are the Allotment letters being given. Also, have the banks started approving loans for this project. I heard Banks generally prefer approving loans for a CLP plan compared to DP but I guess HDFC works closely with ATS and it might be doing it for DP as well?

Any suggestions.

Thanks

No idea. AFAIK, the project hasn't been officially launched yet. The last I heard, they were planning to tie up with IDBI, Axis and HDFC.

If someone has more information about this, please share as well.

nothing can be assured about ATS, check their current projects about construction status and delay. I know GNoida project is delayed by at least 2 yrs and surely I'puram would also be delayed.
Still i feel ATS quality would be better compared to many others by looking at their Sect 93 project.

Hi Guys,

Any news about the formal project launch about ATS One Hamlet project? They don't have the layout and floor-plans updated on the website yet.

Regards
