I plan to book a apartment in Kensington Heights (3BHK+W) or Kensington Park(3BHK + worker). Could someone please help me about the best rate I can get in these ones?and where?

Looks like the price for Kensington Heights has been increased in the Jaypee website (http://www.jaypeegreens.com/noida/Ke...n_Heights.html) to 3245.
