Hi Experts,
Does anyone know if one can have multiple properties registered on their name, in NOIDA? To be more specific, I have a NOIDA Authority HIG flat registered on my name (jointly registered with my mother) and I'm looking to buy a private builder flat now. Can I go ahead? Thanks, Nagesh |

Just to make clear why I'm asking this. I heard somewhere that having two properties registered on your name is not permitted in NOIDA. I suspect this could be true about having two NOIDA Authority flats being registered on your name. That probably is not allowed. But what about having one NOIDA Auth. flat and one from a private builder?
Thanks, Nagesh |

You cant have two properties alloted to you/your family and dependents by Noida authority in draw based allocations. If you are purchasing a re-sale property you can have as many as you want in your name..
