LOOKING FOR A 3-4 Bedroom apartment in Noida
I'm looking for a 3-4 bedroom apartment in Noida preferably near metro station and market. Area should be above 2400sq ft. Can somebody suggest a reliable project as seeing the market we thought we should invest carefully. Since I'm outside the country if someone can help me with this. Also heard about 3C project in sec 100 how is it? |

i think GC new project is good but you need flat of size 2400 which is not available in Phase 1, you can see Prateek fedora , Eldeco projects for bigger size.
First you need to decide that whether you want near to express highway or inside the sectors of Noida. |

Yes. GC would be small for you. But Prateek Fedora would be good option, however it would be relatively highly priced.

HI I m planning to buy a flat in gardneia square project in crossing republic NH-24 . possasation date in dec 2011.
Anybdy purchased a flat in tower - C in gardneia square Please suggest . should i buy this or not. |

Try other options at crossings also.It is solely for investment purpose ,5 years or more.

I think you should consider once for NRI Residency Sec-45 Bigger one size is there 2200 Sqft

In my opinion, one should go for 3C Lotus Panache.. experienced reputed builder in commercial development. First residential project is L Boulevard in Sector 100, almost sold out. Possession time 18 months to 36 months depending on which phase have you booked your apartment. One only negative thing I could see as of now is the project is non bankable. Some banks started giving loans on CLP.
