I have booked a flat with Amrapali sector 76 silicon city. But as going through the site again I would like to change my decision and get this booking caned. I have given the token amount of 75 K at the time of booking. Will I get this amount back if I cancel this booking? What would be the procedure to get it done ?

Check the conditions on the application you might have submitted. These days every builder has added the condition that if you later cancel your booking, the application money will be not be refunded. Why not you call these guys and ask if you can get your money back.

Any particular reasons for you opting to cancel the booking in Sec 76?
Can you please tell me some issues you have necountered as even I am plannig to book in Sec 76.

There is an STP bang opposite to the site I visited that as well and its functional. Another concern is the cremation grounds neary by.

I Dont want to dicourage you that my decision only, you can go and have a look before you take any decision

Just ask builder to provide you the registry papers/approval plans from authority, After listening this from you,builder will try that you should get your money back from him as soon as possible.

Hi Parry,

I wud like to know to check if ur money has been deducted from ur Bank account.

If not then simply cancel ur cheque ASAP.

Sorry if I am asking very basic question but with me there was an incident where builder did not encashed the cheque till 7 days and I caned the cheques and then informed him.

Also ask for detailed calculation of super built area, loading etc. Insist that specifications, lay out plans are duly signed / stamped by the builder and attached to application/ agreement........

3C took 1 whole month to encash my cheque!

Well my money is in to builders account now. I could hacve stopped the cheques but the ball is in other court now
