According to the latest report available on one of the leading realestate websites, property prices in NCR have come down by around 10% in the last 2 months. There was frantic activity in the period of Oct-Dec when prices rose throught the roof. Now the prices are coming down as the festival period has come to an end.
So expect some more discounts! |

thats what i am saying Noida for next 5 years will have NOIDEA about the property prices.

More discounts ? Does it mean flats will become cheaper and cheaper ? I will then buy when they will become free of cost ;-)))))))
