Do builders nowadays provide an option of furnished home over basic specification? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,

Most of the builders in noida have moved from luxury housing to unfurnished housing. During the construction, do these builders (say amarpali, ajnara, 3C, logix, todays etc.) provide an option to the buyer to have the house furnished over and above the basic specifications details that they provided on booking. This would obviously come with additional cost but do they still provide an option or do they entertain this at all?

well i guess i have nevr seen that around.... but still check in noida extn. with valencia homes... i guess they are providing things which is required for the living..!!

i was searching for furnished home only and there are certain builders like Valencia, Paramount, Elite Homz, etc who are doing furnished apartments. I think these projects are good options in comparison to other unfurnished houses.

one should check these, some of them are even ready with their actual sample flat. i had booked in valencia but i think elite is a good option in noida sec 77.
