Default Does anyone have info about the Sector 93B flyover?

This flyover is already existing just before sector 93B, but the clover leafs are not operational.

Does anyone know exactly how the traffic will flow? Will we be taking the expressway or the sector roads parallel to the expressway? Where will be the main entry from expressway to the sector roads?

Will there be entry on to flyover from expressway? Will the existing cuts in the expressway just before and just after the flyover stay?

Existing cuts are not looking as though they can handle high volume traffic. The expressway service lanes are also not capable of heavy traffic loads.

Very confusing.

I just know the present information as i have flat in sector 105 hig flat, i have been using the road for almost 4 yrs now.

The clover leaf while coming from 82 sector to go to expressway is working. There is a cut once u reach slip road (from clover leaf) to come to expressway. I am sure they wud be making the cuts at this flyover to come on express and also on proposed FNG expressway......

btw, is anyone aware of new entry/exit points being planned or talked about in the GN Expressway. Apart from small exit near 93A, there is hardly anything to exit to sectors and I havent seen any entry points to the expressway at all.

Any ideas?

capreal
None except the 93 flyover and FNG expressway. More entry exit cuts without any clover leaf kind of approach will negate the adv ot eway.....maybe couple of more once the sectors towards gnoida ggets developed but nothing till 93....

There is a 4 lane (both sides inclding) road being made parallel to eway till populated sec right now....Its done on left side of eway till 105 and partially near 93....on the other sides it is being constructed

The information I have recieved today is that there will be no exits from expressway at all.

Not even on cloverleaf at 93 B or at FNG. Only exit from GN end.

Once sector roads get built, NGN e-way will become a toll road. No exits.

Keeping this in mind, location of Lotus boulevard 3C is the very best for approach from Delhi. All others will require 6-10 Km travel on a sector road. Which will be much more time consuming than 5 mins on an e-way.

All the so called expressway projects will be approached only from sector roads.

All buyers: please keep this in mind. Buying at G NOIDA becaomes a viable option in this case - distance of GN from Delhi using DND +NGN Eway will take same time as so called expressway projects (which cost double of GN).

You can neither go to Delhi nor to G NOIDA using expressway from these projects. The e-way is useless for residents on either side of the e-way.

Caveat emptor

Venky,

Will the exit to Lotus panache sec 110, be closed in future ? At present I consider location of panache to be better than blouvard as it is directly reachable from E-way not from any side lane.

It means we would have to take service lane running parallel to E-way for reaching Panache.

Are your sure?

No I am not sure Kaps.

But this information was given by a Jaypee employee.

For Panache, you wont take the service lane but a new 45 meter sector road being built parallel to the e-way. Lotus boulevard will be much closer and better located in this scenario, approached by the same sector road but closer.

IMO it would be sensible to have at least one entry/exit at the 93B for NGN expressway. Gurgaon expressway has many entry and exits without problems.

IMO sensible thing would be to have one toll plaza near G Noida and toll plazas for every exit/entry at 93B flyover to increase revenue markedly. That way the expressway project residents can use the sector road for short distance and e-way for long distance by paying for it.

For example, once the Jevar airport is built, travelling to it from 93B using a sector road will be stupid when an e-way runs alongside

Indians do not always behave sensibly.

Kuch bhi ho sakta hai.

Venky,

I agree with your toll plaza point. Atleast 1-2 entry exit are more than necessary for this E-way.

I can't understand the purpose of blocking all the exits and entries of this 22 km long E-way.

This E-way was built to help the people to reduce time in commuting. If only the person travelling from GN to N(entry only at MM flyover) use it. I don't think its going to get much traffic.

If there is a E-way already built why don't we use it to its max capacity ?

Still, I think anything is possible.
Lets hope for the best.

Kaps, I preferred JP over 3C for the exact same reason as what you said for Panache over LB.

Still hope better sense (money sense at least) prevails for the e-way guys.
