I have started this new thread . All the info should be shared in this thread only coz prateek wisteria is meant for that project only. we are in the process of shorlisting some projects for our group.
elite homes(sec 77) , fresco(sec 137) and antriksh-sec 78 (as suggested by sanjay)etc are some of the projects that we are considering. please
most probably on thursday 3-4 group members will go to meet all these builders to get the best deal for the whole group.

Hi Everyone,

I came across a site called on the internet ( ground**truths)and they are providing research and consultancy for this.They called me today and said they will give me detailed report of all the projects in sector 76,77 and 78 and would advise on best 3 options available. They are charging only 950 bucks and i think its worth a effort.

I would it would be worthwhile to refer to this report and come to the decision. If the group member agree then i will go ahead and get this report done (it will take 4-5 days) and then come to a concrete decision.

PS : I will be paying for this report and if any one wants to pool can join.

i also think that area around 77 / 76 is a best option. I would prefer noida extention to sector 137 expressway as its further away from core noida.

There are countless site on internet which makes such a claims in many fields.

I'd suggest you to get them on reality.

- They have some office or everything is online (possibly 100% fake then).
- Who are they actually.
- Their education/experience in RE.

Internet is full of cheater, be aware.

Hi Guys,

I would also be interested in the sectors around sec 77 as it has a better location as compared to sector 137..
