Flat Buying Process in Noida
I have been searching through various sites on the Internet. There is not one place where it is mentioned what is the legal process involved while buying a flat in Noida, for example.
What is an NOC by the Housing Society like AWHO etc. What is a Transfer Memorandum of Noida Authority, what is the process and expenditure What is the method of then getting the Property registered and what are the charges. I am sure thousands would have gone through the Grind can some body articulate the same on this forum |
