Itna bherao mat, you are asking for a flat on every Kosmo's thread. Kosmos is not heaven, anything under 3500(all inclusive) is a good deal...Availability in Kosmos is too much..

Hi All ,
this is my first post in this forum.i am following the forum from last 2 months as i am looking for a flat for my end use.(2bhk around 1000 square feet).
After looikng for most of the options available in Noida (Sector 7x belt and expressway) i have decided to buy a flat in Jaypee wistown (Being safest although abnormal delay).I am looking for an option in KOSMOS , KALSSIC ,KP or KP and my budget is around 43-44 lacks only with around 30 lacks bank loan.
Can someone please share the resale price for the properties mentioned above.
Also please pm me if any of you want to sell your property in jaypee within my budget.
(i have pasted the same msg in 3-4 thread.(Please don't mind)

Alok you can get 2bhk 850 sq ft or 3bhk 1150/1280 sq ft in Kosmos between 3150-3400 for BSP. Extras are around 358 psf depending on PLC plus car club of 3L. Try broker houses in sec 18 mkt.

Iam looking for 30 to 40lacs of investment options on noida expressway
Jaypee kosmos seems to be the flavour.. However wanted to check a few things.

1) Are there any commercial establishments coming up nearby
2) Aren't the plot sizes just 2 small. I mean 800 odd feet for 2 bhk. Is this the superarea? In that case the actual area would be even lower. Has anyone seen any sample flats etc to have a view on the liveability of these flats. Are there any larger flats available?
3) I read somewhere that the bsp is about to be revised with some new launch. Details...?
4) Iam assuming that most of these units are available in resale. In that case what is the component of the total cost, already paid to the builder?

Would be great, if you guys can throw some light on these issues.
