Hi All,

Today i went to see these farms which are located about 3-4 kms from Paras Seasons on the expressway. I was very impressed. The min area is 1008 Sq yards for around 20L. They have a cricket field and a full functional club. A lot of people have possession, and have built small cottages too in them.
How is this for an investment ? Anybody having any info? Please share.

owned by influetial people..but blacklisted by Noida Authority,, my suggestion not to consider.

The area is in Flood zone and does not figure in the 2020 master plan of Noida. So no acquisition till then atleast :-)
Moreover, the land belongs to Irrigation deptt. so the question of Noida authority approving it or not is invalid.
