Hi All
Any Views of Fresco?, A joint ventrue project between panchsheel and exotica housing. Does any body can guide me on the Quality and credibility of these builder? Rates wise it's similar to other projects in sector 137. Thanks Gaurav M. |

Since there will be two builders, building the same project. I guess the risk is less.
Is my understanding correct? |

I'd say the risk is more if more than 1 builder is building the appt. Ever tried delegating the same work to 2 different people? everybody thinks that somebody will do it, but it turns out that nobody does it...

Guys stop asking abstract questions and replying in abstract too.
The question should be who are the 2 builders? What is their track record? What are their previous projects? Based on that you can decide if it is safe or not. More than one builder is not an issue if the builders are good. Exotica is good builder and its quality of construction is really good. One of my friend is very happy with Exotica East Square (Indrapuram).
No Idea about panchsheel. |

Does anybody know the location of fresco homes in sec-137?
Is it near well known malodorous nullah?? It is important to know the location as most of the sec-137 is parallel to malodorous nullah. Thanks. |
