Pramad did you book a house in Gardenia Glory? If not how do you know it took them 1 yr to give allotment letter.

I thought you told on the forum that you bought a house Supertech 34 pavillion. We also know that you are a staunch supporter of Supertech too for whatever reasons.

So can you pls. clairfy your post in detail for the benefit of others on this forum.

I am very sure that they started booking sometime in July last year, with half of march gone 8.5 months have passed. 1 year is only short by 3.5 months.
He is 70.8% correct with probability on this increasing to 75-80% strongly on his side.
He is not that wrong buddy :-)

Yups! I booked my LB flat in July and the other option availaible at that time was Gardenia Glory (thats also the time i started posting on this website). If not one year its been almost a year. Thank god i booked in LB (for once i was about to change my mind) even in phase 2 they are in the process of finishing the upper basement!
