Its a high time to seriously think about opting out from Gardenia and considering new project with bulk booking with discounts. We should all give them notice to Act or we should react.

Hi experts, i am getting 2700 for this project on 7th floor including (IFMS+floor PLC+lease rent+one parking+club membership).
Does this sound attractive or there is scope for negotiation? |

I think Indosam75 is in the Land which is not yet registered even in Gardenia's name......it is going to take more time than gardenia for sure.

Actual price for seventh floor in this project (Indosam7) is 3000. I am getting 10% discount because it is in prelauch stage. so it comes upto 2700for 7th floor.

Please confirm with the builder taht no extra charge for Gardenia specific amenities like stadiums,practise course etc..
Personally I would not go with sector 75 because of various issues with the builder but its your call how your negotiation went with the builder and how much convinces you are after reading issues in this forum about Gardenia. |

They will not allow them to launch project before they sell everything and they will be asked to have some lag time so they will always be lagging b. I can't digest that residents from FSIs will have access to all the facilities built by AIMS-MAXBLIS-GARDENIA and being maintained by AIMS-MAXBLIS-GARDENIA residents money. People going for FSIs can have Golf/stadium/pool facing and pay PLC for that, but their positin can change, it is the same way the park in Sector 74 is shifted, and person booked keeping that park in mind will now see Cape Town. Thanks God AIMS-MAXBLIS-GARDENIA have not charged PLC of that to anybody known to me. 3. Whatever are the issues but one thing I will definitely appreciate that they have not launched (even taken booking for) any tower falling in the land which they have not got possession of. Your builder is doing that. Just look at the location in the drawing/site layout and visit actual site, you will know. |
