I have no information on any discount on Floor PLC under Corporate booking.

But if someone is offering then why do not you just grab it.

Hi Guys,

Ive just booked yesterday , came to know about this discounted PLC thing today only ...

Now ive had a word with 4-5 dealers Property Guru ,Unicorn n all
and also I had a word with 4-5 ppl of MTNL/BSNL who actually signed the MOU .

All of them said that the charges r as per MOU only
2755 Flexi + 95 + 20 + PLC as applicable and mentioned.

Only one dealer Unicorn says that he 'll take 100 instead of 200 for first floor but i am not very convinced as the othr dealers and ppl from Corporates r not idiots !

One dealer said that its not possible to get below the MOU price, if someone is offering he is making a fool of you . Once you pay 10% he can come up again and say that 100 rs ull have to pay later on ..in short there s no value of the Booking Form that you fill and the price you mention in it.

So be careful ... I am not cancelling now .Let it be what it is for everyone

I think thats fine .What do you guys suggest ?

Thanks
Purushottam

It cannot be possible for any dealer to waive off PLC he was doing the incorrect commitment. You know these dealers commit anything andafter all its the end user who actually suffers.

so you have not missed anything and purchased on best prices that everyone did.

I also doubt if gardenia will listen...but it is quite possible if we have the numbers.

The advantage with us is that most of gardenia booking are from Corporate sector, many in bulk. So getting together is much easier.

HCL guys formed a group in Glory project and extracted best benefits from Gardenia. The special terms & conditions agreed by gardenia are very buyer friendly.

But first we need to be together...in a dedicated forum/ group. Once we have a reasonable number say about 100, we can take up issues with Gardenia.

Invite responses from all.....cheers
it's a good suggestion. It will help us not only in price/area negotiations, but also in future if there are any issues relating to poor-quality, delay, or any other matters. any idea..how to start?

Ya i think we should all group together and follow up on the loading issue raised earlier as 60% carpet area is too less really ....

Also when the builder will have the Allotment Letter and builder aggrement we need to see all that is mentioned that is there in the MOU like
woodwork,Mod kitchen,RO system all those things .
