Initially, when I booked a flat in Gardenia, it was told that there will be no cancellation charges on token amount (Rs 1 lac) and I confirmed it many times with the marketing manager of Gardenia.
Now, they are saying that there will be a deduction of 25000/- on this amount. |

is the project is now bankable? I am getting calls from icici bank and idbi banK that it is now bankable. Is any person recieved any such call/information? Please share in this forum regards msm |
