1. It was conditional, if one has decided for Sector 75
2. People who are still in the project and not exiting, believe in it

Very rightly said. Trust your own instincts and decision making. If you think this is not the project worth your money, do exit and if u still feel its a matter of time things will fall in place, do continue. Mind it the whole industry is full of similar people and any decision to exit should weight available options. It should not so happen that aasman se tapka, khajur pe latka.

Rajaji.....It no more about feeling and instinct. The events of last four months clearly show the unprofessionalism and arrogance of builder and his team. making repeated false promises. not having any transparenct at all. if this is what you get in early stage of the project, what in future? as you see in posts after posts by genuine buyers, gardenia has lost the trust and creditability.
There is no derth of good projects. yes, there may be cheaters but atleast they are transparent and customr friendly. but one has to be very careful.

Default fraud by Gardenia staff

Initially, when I booked a flat in Gardenia, it was told that there will be no cancellation charges on token amount (Rs 1 lac) and I confirmed it many times with the marketing manager of Gardenia.

Now, they are saying that there will be a deduction of 25000/- on this amount.

Do not pay any thing 4 cancellation . Has your cheque already debited ? Find alternate buyer from the forum ...

won't it be hard to find a buyer when new inventory is available and builder has a bad reputation.

Once payment has been debited & if you donot have any thing in writing about cancellation charges than you do not have much options . Find potential buyers from the forum & send them private massage...

There is agenuine concern that Sec 74 CP has gone to (?) Supertech
Capetown. The layout of Capetown appears to show that.
Most of those who opted for Cluster one in GolfCity gave preference
to this cluster due to the Park.
On close examination of the Capetown layout, we find that almost
one third of the land earmarked by Capetown on the westen side
with 30M wide road (which is obviously the road between Secs 75,74)
has been kept vacant. What does this indicate? Park is there,
only being shown as part of Capetown, as two MP Greens on
Northern side of GolfCity appear to be part of Golf City
Am I wrong in my conjecture?

Default Is project is bankable ?

Dear all,
is the project is now bankable?
I am getting calls from icici bank and idbi banK that it is now bankable.

Is any person recieved any such call/information?
Please share in this forum
