Today I tried to open www.golfcity.in and found the one page is there which says site is under construction. To display that one page gardeina took almost one month.

I visited site www.gardeniaindia.com and found that Gardenia moved Golf city project from upcoming project to ongoing project but do not have any further updates about the project which is ongoing.

If anybody visited site recently. please upload some pics.

As per Gardenia's official commitment website was suppose to be completed 1 month before.
What about other commitments can someone ask Manjeet or officials, till what time we should wait now.

My grandfather attended the meeting and it was discussed that Manjeet would post 3 things to forum or group and there is nothing even after a week now.

It is a request to Gardenia officials who are reading customer posts please post the agreed contens and fullfill the commitments or atleast provide us the exact dates donot misguide.

I went to the site yesterday and found 10 JCB was working there 4 at back side and 6 at the right side of the plot, though some sort of digging has been seen there and the work seems to be in progressive stage but still didnt make me smile. But atleast some sign of work was there. Sorry guys couldnt load the pics .

can full fledge construction be started without noida authority approvals ?
if no, can someone please inform us what is the exepcted time for pending registration and noida approvals ??

Hi Members,
I am looking for flat in sec-74/75 in Noida. After reading all experts comments, visiting sites of expressway and sec-74,75,76,77,78 I have shortlisted Ajnara Grand Heritage and Gardenia Golf City.
I need experts suggestion for Gardenia Golf City:-
I have been offered 3020 psf all inclusive (Floor PLC extra- Rs.100 for Vth Floor) for Cluster 1 & 2 towers at right from main entrance gate, saying possession in Dec-2012 .
while 2920 psf all inclusive (Floor PLC extra- Rs.100 for Vth Floor) for Golf Avenue, latest launched tower at left of main entrance gate, saying possession in Dec-2013.
Both are in Flexi plan, saying that this is corporate rate. Offer was from company (Gardenia Max Aims) executive.

One more thing I noticed that their flexi/CLP plan says that we need to pay 85% amount upto casting of 3rd slab (may be first or second floor)
whereas the other builders are taking money on laying of the 1st slab then 3rd slab and then 5th slab and so on till the last slab. hence we will be paying about 90% towards the end of project. But incase of Golf Avenue and Golf City they are taking 85% of the money till casting of 3rd slab only and mind it ..it is 3rd slab and not 3rd floor . that means while they would have laid only basement 1 and basement 2 .. our 85% money would have gone in both the palns ..that is CLP and flexi…..

I am looking for 1350 sq.ft. I was told that both projects are not bankable as on date and Cluster 1 & 2 expected to be bankable by sept. end whereas Golf Avenue is expected in Dec’10.
I have some queries and needed Experts pls suggest :
what is the best rate and which broker/company person to contact?
Will they be able to give possession as they committed? As this is 150Acre project which is very large.
