but sir meanwhile during 20 months you would have enjoyed a lot of appreciation
 . isnt it correct. My friend booked in Nov @3600 now builder price is 4200 so resale is around 3500 for original booking of 2900. aapko kya premium nahi mil raha kya???????Quote:

Hi,
Can someone please elobrate on this? Is there no construction in progress at all? I don't stay in India, I have a booking there and not sure what's going on... there. Is the project cancelled. I will call their office tomorrow. Please share your updates. Thanks, AA |

Hi to all of u.
Can anybody tell me about noida business park commercial project named hyper-x launched by 3 developers- maxblis, aims, gardenia. I want to book a retail space in it but am little bit confused about the project as only excavation has been done . this project will have 3 commercial towers in it ground + 3 floors will be retail one and all other upper floors r going to be office spaces. this hyperx will come at the corner side of sector 75 , from where we take left turn to go to sector 74 (cape town ) & sector 77 . plz tell me hew this project is as compared to location wise & as by seeing developr. as i am told that hyper-x will be completed within 2.5 years.
