Thanks buzzz, coke_indian........

As I said before I am attracted to gardenia only because of location and floor plan.

I know completion of 150 acre project will take a decade. I hope atleast my phase gets completed in time...

Can u see any reason why they are slow in marketing? any idea if any corporate (we know HCL) bookings in large numbers?

Attraction towards Gardenia is quite natural. They are giving such tempting things in the vicinity. Though its a different things its quite difficult for any developer leave apart Gardenia.

Regarding their marketing - No idea, it doesn't matter. and yes, marketing's money is taken from us only. Mr. Dhoni's and RP Singh's expenses are not coming from Amrapali's account, its from buyer's pocket only.

Regarding HCL's booking - A lot of PSU's book flats in a lot of developer's projects. Even some PSU's invest in New builder's projects. So it doesn't matter. If some people of HCL/any PSU are buying something, it doesn't guarantee or certify any project.

So, research more about the Gradenia and Decide on your own. Money is yours.

I have already booked and paid token. My cheque is encashed. So I have little choice but to stick.

Do you think I can withdraw at this stage? Gardenia will refund in full?

Congrates for your booking, I don't mean that you shud withdraw ur amount.

Yes if you want, you can talk to your broker, giving them genuine reasons(you have urgent need etc). Dont know about Gardenia's cancellation process. Though in any case more than 10% amount shudnot be deducted(Just assumption about Gardenia)

Can anyone share latest price for retail investor (all inclusive). if someone has booked any flat in this project ???
Did they still offer AC or wood-work along with new booking?

pls give some recent update regarding gardenia golf city, as i heard they are planning to Bhumi pujan in end of may. is it true?

Who told you? How reliable is the source? Because, I heard that Gardenia is yet to sign lease agreement for land with NOIDA Authority.

Have they sold all apartments? Few days back they were offering goodies like free ACs.................

I have also booked Gardenia under TCS corporate deal ( 2850 all inclusive in Flexi plan) in J tower.
Can anybody please update me on :

1. Any lower price being offered for this project in flexi?
2. When will the project become bankable?
3. When is the official launch of the project?

I think this is the same offer everybody has got.
Lease rent is separated here from all inclusive i.e. 2755+95=2850 in flexi all inclusive. So I think rates are still the same as 2months before.

But If they have got sufficient bookings that means it is good for d project and they can increase rates any time after bhumi pujan (if this news is correct).
