Hello buyers.... any idea on construction progress of back AMG towers i.e. Tower A1. Upto what floor the construction has gone....last couple of months back it went upto 4th floor...

God only knows when gardenia gona deliver.. One my frnd has one unit booked in Gardenia and really he is crying...

Agar kabhi baba ramdev ko suna ho to wo bolte ha .. HOGA HOGA.. KOSHISH KARO HOGA HOGA..

Vaise hi gardenia bolta ha possession denge denge.. Intezar karo possession denge...

Hi,

I am new to this group and during search i came to know about this.

Wanted to know the latest status of A2 tower in this Golf City.

Bought a flat in 2010...no progress nothing....and not received any information/demand etc..from builder since long...not sure do i need to file a court case or wait for some more time.

Lost a chance to buy in other opprotunity because of the location but now every where prices are shoot up and made good progress. even in near by sector like 76-78 they made very good progress.

Kindly Guide!!

Ankur bhai, plz Gardenia k baare mein aisi baatein na bolo. He is a top notch builder commited to make his mark in RE. Wo kehte hai naa, ki aisa kaam karo ki log(buyers) zindagi bhar yaad rakhein. Bhaiya, construction quality bhi to best deni hai, baaki builders to sab ghatiya hain, itni jaldi bana denge to quality kaise aayegi? chor kahin ke. Builder to sirf gardenia hai. dheere dheere banayega aur best bhi. 1-1 brick apne khoon pasine se seench kar laga rha hai aur mazdoor bhi use nahi karta, builder khud apne haath se laga rha hai. bhai, ab aisi quality k liye thoda time(15-20 saal) to lagega hi.. Aap jaise buyers k liye unki itni dedication hai aur aap log hi case filekarne ki soch rahe ho. So bad, Ankur bhai.

they are giving eco friendly township .. jab tower bana hee nahin paa raha toh phir clean fresh air toh mil rahi hai plot pe
