Digvijay, you are right it the change in plan should take long time than what might have taken in this case, but I will not be shocked to know if this had happened in this case.
The NE land was all farm land or agricultural land and Acres of land has been converted to Residential.....only thing that matters is money. builders show money to authority and BEHENJI and they will change anything in no time.... Baaki to picture will be more clear when actual construction will start at Supertech site....but by then lot many buyers would have already put in their money in the project...... Quote:

Very easy pal....Even no need to go to Bahenjee....just get hold of few baboos in NA and all plans can be changed. This kind of collusion is responsible for construction mess in Ghaziabad & Crossings.

and still to be on safer side, offer Behenji 1 Statue of hers with a bag in hand in the Central Green of the society and then charge Behenji facing PLC from the buyers......ohhh man wat did I do accidently. I gave a gem of an idea to these builders. I am sorry friends.

What I am more concerned is I guess there will be more then 20 000 flats in this township . if the securitiy is going to be centralised for all of them then what will be the quality of that .
I am afraid if that will be like the shipra suncity in indirapuram . that is the most obscure society for worst security . That is the only reason which makes me think about the big townships . There are really good benfits for being part of them but the cons are also there . Senior Members please give your comments on my concern . How do you see the security prospect in a big town ship . |

Valid point, but I dont think main entry will have any security check as the sheer number of movement at main entrace will be very high( 12000 flats).
I t will be quiet difficult to check every body at main gate. I think clusters will have security checks. But i think once the flats will be built and inhabited this will well be taken care of. |
