2350 rate per sq.ft in flexi payment price plus PLC and floor charges. I hope it clears little bit. I am new person on this field as I need for myself not for investment reason. How is the builder ? As till now I have not read anything wrong about him.How is the location? As right now I am out of Noida ? Please give your ideas... Thanks
