Hi there any news from gaur about plans approval and when the construction will be started

No approvals yet, but out of all the builders, it is Gaur whose project will be approved. At present no project is approved and none is bankable. It will take atleast August or Possibly September for the projects to be approved and bankable

I received call from builder that the project is approved from HDFC, ICICI, IDBI did anybody else got any news,

I got a call from Gaur 'home loan' department. They said that they will be assisting us in getting loans from various banks. They asked for email ID. Since then, idbi has contacted regarding home loan apart from BoB and HDFC previously.

recd a call from gaur. they have asked locals to collect allotment letter from their office and shall send the allotment letters to non-locals (staying outside NCR) through courier.

Any idea when they would start sending demands for first post-booking installment?

Guys...good news got my ALLOTMENT LETTER FOR GC-5... MAP HAS BEEN APPROOVED..has anybdu else got the allotment letters...?

Did anybody got the loan approoved from some where, what is the banks funding portion 80% or 85%, which banks is funding GC 5
