Guys are you happy with the Gaur City location? Can anyone tell me the distance from "noida city center metro station" and Expressway? thanks.

Today, I have collected allotment letter for GC1. In Flexi plan 10 Nov is last date and in down payment some date in Oct. 2010.
That's good news, at least now we are one step ahead. Can some one tell me that what is position of construction in 'gaur city' now a days. Again, I wish to know the best deal you got for taking loan. Any contact numbers. Last edited by man2010; 07-09-10 at 05:38 PM. |

Today I have got my allotment letter and they have factored the service charge and they are doing 2.57% in our 1st installment too.

Hi everyone,
I booked a 2 BHK flat in GC-5, that costs me 19.78 Lakhs that is less than 20 lakh. However Gaur is asking for service tax of 2.58%. However following links say no service tax on property that costs less than 20 laths.. Low-cost housing (property up to Rs 20 lakh) segment would be exempted from service tax | TaxGuru.in Sale of Under Construction Houses to Attract Service Tax from July 1: can some senior member help me in understand.. all about service tax on flat costs less than 20 lath??? |

Dear friend,
Service tax is applicable for all residensial property.It is not applicable for only projects which is approved under goverment scheme to provide low cost flats and cost under 20 lakhs.I guess none of the project in NE comes under this scheme. As builder is not getting any thing in this..it is going to govt. I hope it helps u

I guess, 19.78 lakhs would be basic price only and price including other charges should be more than 22 lakhs.

even If the cost may be below 20 lakh it will still calls for service tax.
Mine is also under 20 lakhs in 20 lakhs...in GC6 |

Guys ..we can keep this thread active for people who has booked in Gaur city 1 ( GC1,GC4,GC5,GC6 & GC2,GC3).
> Regarding construction update > Loan disbursement > any interest charged on late loan disbursement > Rate on which you have booked( I heard that they have open GC6 remaining part in 2200 per sqft in DP) > Possesion date > Commercial plaza update near GC4 & GC5 Any other think who you want to highlight about builder good or bad,+ve or -Ve,So that we can have correct view of Gaur city 1. any news on Gaur city 2 also will be helpful as Gaur is going to build this also. We can keep the spirits high for Noida extension especially Gaur city 1.
