Guys, Mahugun, Supertech and Amrapali got noticed from HC today for their NE project? Any update on GAUR? Is this safe, both the phases?

For some time, i think we can relax. but every body know the whole land of NE is taken in same manner i.e. forcefully from formers..
when formers of one village have win.. so nearby villagers will surely stand up for more money.. ![]() well.. right now keeping my fingers cross. and hope for best of End users/investors/villagers.. |

Today i was in indrapuram, so decided to go Gaur office for their comments on land acquisition issue in NE..
I talked to Mr. Manish (Floor Manager).. He told me whole area of Gaur city fall under Haibatpur village.. And the land of this village was acquired in 2002 by Noida authority.. Initially it was acquired for the purpose of industrial use and in 2009 (i.e. after 7 years), NA converted it to be used for residential project.. so there is no issue with Gaur City.. it can be easily checked about Haibatpur's land was acquired in 2002.. but does Gaur city on land of Haibatpur only ![]() and that part of land was actually acquired in 2002 or later.. ![]() well, Hope for the best.. |

i had not imagined...so total flats shall be ~240*100 = 24K. Noida region had gone crazy long back....i realized it very late as I don't reside there...

in gaur city 1 whatever they have launched all are sold out except some flats avilable in top floors which was either cancelled flats of kept on hold by builders to take higher price. One of my friend booked 3bhk one month back and it was top most floor..Total flats in Gaur city will be less becz they have stadium and other facilities are more and still they have not launched GC7.

Can anyone confirm that whether Gaur City has CLP plan or its only a Payment Plan? With payment plan, I mean the buyer has to pay a fixed amount every quarter to the builder even if there is no construction going on.
This is really insane. NO CLP PLAN. Also, the clause in the BBA that any compensation if required to be paid to the farmers, same shall be additional onus to the buyer. I still wonder how 1900 (all inclusive) is possible just 7 km from City centre. Correct me, if i have mentioned wrong figures. 240 acres is a huge project. A city in itself. I visited Gaur's office near TCS in Noida with my friend, I didn't find the executives to be aware of the clauses. He was just referring that same condition has been already mentioned in the application page hence same shall be followed in BBA. I understand BBA doesn't change for a single buyer. But he was not able to explain the clauses for which I had/have doubts. I asked him to call someone from legal to explain, but nobody came. Such an unprofessional behavior. PS: The executives were children kinda, they were not seeming me as MBA guys but 10+2 types. I am also a kid but I know where I fit. |
