Default Talk to builder

Hi all,

Is there any common forum/yahoogroup of all those ppl who have bought flat in G block.
This is very serious offence on Gaur's part that they have increased only balcony size and demanding extra money from us.
How can they change the layout. Also I am not sure about delaying the possession date.
Many of us bought the flat because of the size (1265 sft). I would not have bought it if size was 1344 sqft.
We should all meet and talk to the builder rather approaching him individually.
If builder still doesn't agree, we should cancel the booking.

I visited the site 0n 28th Nov and found construction in full swing for Tower G. I didn't counted but I think work is going on above 4th floor. Also they were digging the earth for new towers beyond Tower G.

On the phase - I towers they have started finishing work and the lifts were operational in couple of towers that I visited.

I checked with Gaur Grandeur office and they are saying that those who have booked earlier flats of 1265 etc size for which new size is 1344 wont be chaged but those who are going for new booking will be charged for 1344 Sqft area.

I'm becoming fan of Gaursons lately at least they are having some ethics

This is a really good news, on the progress front also - it is very comforting till now... I have a generic question however - can I opt for some changes in the internal structure of the flat - I mean if I want a change in room size or want to merge 2 rooms into a single one which will not require any pillars or beams to be displaced - can I get it done?
