1. are you sure of Rs 2775/- includes all, On Gaur grandeur website i see lot more other details EEC, FFC,Power back up, club charges, car parking. ?

2. What is the per sqft rate offered on down payment plan ?

3. As per the website there is no plc for 7th floor.

2775 all inclusive in flexi plan (incl. PLC ) is a good prices. I think you need not to worry much. Gaur has good quality construction and reputed builder.

One of my friend who is working with some other builder (big name) also purchased a apt. in Gaur though he could get much higher discounts with the in his builder.

Gaur Gravity, green etc. are really good projects delivered by GAUR and i don't think GAUR would like to defame it name in noida.

kapoor - yes - I have it in writing the price all inclusive (incl parking) is 2775, the their site is not updated, the ones on the gaurs site are phase 1 I booked in Phase II which is tower G and beyond. This was a corporate rate I got.

There have been concerns regarding gaur's floor plan earlier (too many balconies) which they have corrected in phase II.

I've got no idea about the DPP - but it should be 5-7% lower than flexi plan....

you can approach the GG site & try bargaining, AFAIK - that's the only way to get lowest possible price...
