Hi Alvin,

Can you please send me the contact details of the person who is offering u 2800
inclusive all.As one broker quoted me 3000 inclusive all in flexi plan except PLC.

Is rs 2800 include the wood work & modular kitchen charges also or not?

The price is after nego & all inclusive incl backup, meter insallation is extra. mine is in block G - 7th flr. Not sure abt the current prices though... it was the best deal as at the moment and I think is right too

they say Phase-2 is no plan yet, may be soni and others you have booked in Phase- I itself.

When is the possession date for your apt?

Do you know of any premium apartment in Phase-1, where better bathroom fitting, woodwork, doors quality etc is there. i heard they have some premium and some no frill apartment ?

Fiends we are three friends who are interested in Gaur Grandeaur. But the price which we are getting is high, i.e. 2810 all inclusive, excluding PLC. Since we are working in the same company, we can even go for corporate deal.

Can you share the number of the person who gave one of the members the following deal?

Booked in Flexi Plan, yes 2775 is all inclusive (Incl the PLC of 7th floor).
Only extra is IFMS of 20 Rs.

Also it ill be great if you furnish fe more details for us as I see lot of ppl are attracted to your negotiated figure.( Kudos for such a brilliant negotiation skills!!!!)

Hi Lalit - I booked in Jan end - I booked via reliance capital. One of my relatives bargained on the rates I had negotiated ith broker and he got the exact same rate from Gaurs directly. I.E - 2750 excl PLC. Mine as 2775 incl PLC of 25.
To anser your questions
1 - I booked in 1530 SQFT,
2 - Open Parking, Backup of 2KVA included in the price.
3 - oodork is not included - there as no harm getting the oodork included since it as coming to be 75K extra, but hy pay this amount beforehand hen I can pay this amount after posession & get it done on my on.

We haven't struk the deal as some of the members are a bit concerned about the installment amount, since they do not have FLEXI plan but Time Linked Plan.

Please suggest, builder is offering a discount either
1) on basic price (approx 2Lac) OR
2) giving similar discount (2Lac) on other charges (like power bckup + electification +club membrship etc) .
This is in time linked flexi plan

Which option is better considering i have to avail a hoam loan to make a payment. I can only pay booking amt through my own funds
