Does someone has any information regarding remaining towers of Ph-2 except G block??

When are they launching those new towers??

I had visited the site 2 weeks back and digging was going on

So is Rs 95 not included in your price of 2775 ?

If possible could you please list all the inclusions, basically how you arrived at Rs 2775 ? it will help us to negotiate otherwise we might be comparing n oranges. e.g someone might be considering basement parking while others open parking.

it's just the cost of the appt is 2775-95 = 2680 incl PLC of 25.
I need to pay 95 psf for lease rent at offer of possession.
Diff between basement parking & open was 75K.

Vinayjee...sorry to say that the activities on the forum depends upon how much we contribute.....this is certainly not a market place where everything is readily available.
