Gaur (Sector 119) Vs Logix (Sec 137) - Indian Real Estate Forum

What are ur views on these projects? I was going to book Blossom, but some last moment thoughts about Gaur...

Logix (137):
Close to FNG Expressway
Close to GN Expressway
CLose to Metro
First time developer of residential flats
New areas would take time to develop

Gaur (119)
4 Km from Metro
Close to FNG Expressway
Have exp. in residential flats.

119 definitely, because the construction is already in the final stages.
in a span of 1-2 year, you will see people living there.

And very well connected to noida

Does someone has any information regarding remaining towers of Ph-2 except G block??

When are they launching those new towers??

I had visited the site 2 weeks back and digging was going on

Since the poll is closed, can not participate.

Gaur wud be better option seeing experience and timely possession.

However Logix also seems good, pace of construction as heard is going good. For layout comparisons, have to check previous threads on the same, a lot of discussion is spread tehre on Logix.

gaur sec 119 definitely better
- sector will be livable in a couple of years
- reasonably close to metro and developed sectors
- fng expressway
- the builder's delivery/quality track record (ph1... 3 towers plastering has started)
- lot of open area in the sector
