Default GaurCity2 11th Avenue and Exotica Dreamville

Hi Senior members and Experts,

I am new to this forum and looking to book a property soon. My knowledge of real estate is very limited. During my last visit to NE, I zeroed 3 options:

1.) Gaur City2, 11th Avenue
2.) Exotica Dreamville
3.) Paramount Golf Foreste

Now owing to the recent trouble in Noida Extension, what will you suggest? If investing in any of the above option is a safe bet? Also are you aware if any major rate hikes in last one month for the above properties? I was getting almost 2100 PSF for all of these..

Early suggestions will help me a lot to make a wise decision.

Hi Gaurav,
Right now NE is uncertain. Please consider that farmers of many villages are now moving to HC.
I'm a new member, and my suggestion will be to wait until this is settled OR invest in other area.

I would also suggest you to wait for some time as the future is uncertain in NE. Moreover I don't see any hike in prices in near future (1-2 months) so you can use this time to bargain hard and only book when situation improve(some settlement b/w authority and farmers).
