Seems too overpriced, similar price as jaypee vilas in WT inside golf course !

I think the least rate for land in Noida for a developed sector is Rs 1 lac a sq mtr and to build 4000 sq 2000 per sq ft is 80 lacs. therefore 3 crores for 200 mtrs and 4000 sq ft build is just what you'll spend in anyother sector which is livable today. sec 119 should be decently habitated in 2 - 3 years time, but mind you its the last sec in noida. If one can get similar deal in J P Wish town - no second thoughts one should go for wish town.
