I have bought in DP (2999). Discount-4%
Other charges are not confirm till now but tentativly as below: Car Parking - Either vallet parking or extra b/w 1 to 1.5 lac Club - If there then it will be optional Floor PLC will be minimal View PLC will be there for Corner & Expressway facing. May be some other also. Other charges like Lease rent, IFMS etc - Apprx 150 to 250 |

Hello All,
This is for investors interested in buying IT space in MIST in CLP. Please read payment plan for CLP. 95% payment needs to be made upon casting of 13th floor..however tower is of 34 floors....something questionable here? |

One very important question is there, how will one get the assured returns? Is there some kind of bank guarantee they will provide otherwise, how can we assume that they will provide the assured returns to us? Can there be some kind of catch?

They are not providing bank guarantee. I think some corporate bond etc.
