Have the circle rates increased in Noida?
Can anybody please update whether the circle rates have increased in Noida. I know these are increased for Delhi from 1st July. What would be the impact of increased circle rates on property price? Would you suggest buying property at this point of time?

NOIDA authority will probably wait for a while until the currently sold flats are built. Then they will definitely maximise their revenue by raising rates.
For already built areas of NOIDA, circle rates will probably rise soon. It seems unavoidable

As per the UP Ministers Statement, the Circle rates shall be increased in July 2010. And there will be increase which compares well with the increase in DElhi
